Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
Sponsor: TerpTastick, Denver, Colorado (TerpTastick.com).
Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents age 21 and older at the time of entry. Employees of TerpTastick and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
Entry Period: Entries will be accepted until 6:00 PM Mountain Time on Friday, June 19, 2026.
How to Enter: Submit the giveaway entry form at terptastick.com/pages/market-day-bundle-giveaway. Email is required to enter; first name and phone number are optional. Limit one (1) entry per email address.
Prize: One (1) Market Day Bundle, consisting of one (1) TerpTastick Stick (hemp-derived CBD topical, 1 oz) and one (1) TerpTastick branded hat. Approximate retail value: $50.
Winner Selection: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on Friday, June 19, 2026, at approximately 6:00 PM Mountain Time.
Notification: The winner will be notified by text message (if a phone number was provided during entry) and/or by email to the address provided on the entry form, within 24 hours of the drawing. If the winner cannot be reached or fails to respond within 7 days of initial notification, an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
Prize Conditions: The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable. The prize will be either delivered at the event on June 19, 2026 (if winner is present), or shipped to the winner's verified mailing address at Sponsor's expense within 14 days of winner verification.
Release: By entering, participants release TerpTastick, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of participation in this giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
Agreement: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.

Governing Law: This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
