Returns & refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and unused to qualify. Opened or used products are not eligible for a standard return.

To start a return, email info@terptastick.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Please wait for approval and return instructions before mailing your item.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and details of the issue so we can help. The unopened and unused requirement does not prevent you from reporting a problem with your order.

After we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

You may cancel an order before dispatch. Email info@terptastick.com promptly with your order number. Once dispatched, an order cannot be canceled; eligible returns follow the process above.

Orders placed before this policy takes effect remain subject to the return terms provided at the time of purchase.
