This Shipping Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions governing your purchase from TerpTastick, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and applies to all orders placed through https://www.TerpTastick.com (the “Website”). By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. These ensure both parties understand their obligations and expectations for a smooth and transparent transaction.
1. General
All orders are subject to stock availability. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory counts, discrepancies may occasionally occur.
If an item is unavailable after purchase, we will:

Fulfill the available portion of your order; and

Notify you immediately to confirm whether you’d prefer a refund or to wait for restocking.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
The total shipping charge displayed during checkout is final and collected along with your purchase payment.
3. Delivery Terms
3.1 Dispatch Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. We strive to minimize any delay in shipment during high-demand periods.
3.2 Domestic Shipping
Most U.S. domestic shipments arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the carrier and location.
3.3 International Shipping
International shipments (if available) typically arrive within 4–22 business days. Shipping times vary based on customs clearance and the courier service selected at checkout.
3.4 Change of Delivery Address
We can update a delivery address any time before dispatch. Once shipped, delivery addresses cannot be modified.
3.5 P.O. Box and Military Addresses
We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses using USPS. Courier delivery services cannot deliver to these addresses.
3.6 Delivery Delays
If delivery exceeds the expected time frame, contact info@terptastick.com so we can investigate with the carrier promptly.
4. Tracking Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information and a direct link to monitor your shipment’s progress.
5. Damaged or Lost Parcels
5.1 Damaged in Transit
If a package arrives visibly damaged, refuse delivery when possible and contact info@terptastick.com immediately.
If the parcel was delivered in your absence, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage to initiate a replacement or refund.
5.2 Lost in Transit
If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, notify us. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and issue a refund or replacement once confirmed as lost.
6. Returns and Refunds
Our full Refund & Return Policy applies to all products shipped from TerpTastick, LLC.

Due to the nature of personal-care products, all sales are final once shipped, except in cases of damage or incorrect items.

Unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax is included in product pricing as displayed on the Website.
7.2 Import Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
If international shipping is offered, import duties and taxes are prepaid, and no additional charges will be due upon arrival.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled any time before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or modified. If you wish to cancel, contact info@terptastick.com promptly.
9. Shipping Insurance
All parcels are insured against loss or damage up to the declared value by the carrier.

Damaged in transit: Refunds or replacements are processed once the courier’s investigation concludes.

Lost in transit: Refunds or replacements are issued after confirmation from the carrier.
10. Billing Descriptor Disclosure
For transparency on your financial statements:
All transactions and refunds processed through https://www.TerpTastick.com will appear as billed by:
“TerpTastick, LLC.”
